Hantec Trader

• EnhancedX: Your best trading day's profit based on equity at the end of day must not exceed 45% of total profits, this applies to evaluation and funded stage.
• Instant Funding Lite: Your best trading day's profit based on equity at the end of day must not exceed 20% of total profits.
• Instant24: Intraday Consistency - No single trade can account for more than 15% of your total accumulated profits.

Inactivity Rule

• All accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity. To avoid deactivation, log in and maintain an active connection.

Buffer Rule (Instant Lite)

• The first 3% profit generated on the account cannot be requested as a reward. This will act as a safety buffer to protect your account from hitting the 3% daily loss limit when requesting a reward.

Profit Lock Rule

• Requesting a payout locks your max loss at the starting balance. The remaining portion acts as a buffer, while withdrawing the full profit leads to a breach in the Enhanced, Express, and Instant Programs.

Maximum Open Risk

• A maximum open risk of 3% applies to all funded accounts. At any given time, the total potential loss across one or multiple open positions must not exceed 3% of the starting balance.
• For Instant Lite and Instant24 accounts, the maximum open risk is 1%.

Maximum Open Trades (Instant24)

• Only one position may be open at any time. If more than one trade is opened, that trade will be automatically close and this will constitute a Soft Breach.

Trade Idea Restriction (Instant24)

• Opening multiple small trades on the same underlying trade idea in order to artificially improve your consistency score or bypass the maximum open risk rule is prohibited.

News Trading

• News trading is allowed during evaluation stages, but not allowed 3 minutes before and after high impact news in funded stages and Instant funding accounts

Expert Advisors

• EAs are not allowed in Instant Funding accounts.

Copy Trading

• Allowed, personal accounts only.

Weekend Holding

• Weekend holding is not allowed in the instant funding program

Scalping

• This is defined as trades held for less than 3 minutes in duration. Total scalped profits cannot exceed 30% of total profits.

Overleveraging

• Overleveraging, overexposure, and one-sided bets—defined as using 85% or more of the margin on a single asset or closely related assets—are strictly prohibited.

All or Nothing Trading

• Trading behavior that involves risking the entire daily loss limit—or a substantial portion of it—on a single trade or across multiple concurrent trades.

Account Rolling

• This is the practice of aggressively operating multiple accounts in a short period to pass or fail them, with full account history taken into consideration, this practice is strictly prohibited.

Account Size Restriction

• You can only have 1 account of each size at any given time, regardless of the type of Challenge.

As an example, you can have 1 x $200k Express, 1 x $50k Enhanced, 1 x $25k Enhanced, 1 x $10k Express, 1 x $5k Enhanced and 1 x $2k Express. This would bring total allocation to $292k.

You are only allowed to have one active Instant Funding or Instant Funding Lite account at any given time.

Payout Frequency

• Withdrawals are every 14 days for EnhancedX, Enhanced, Express, Instant Funding and Instant Funding Lite, and is on demand, once time limit completes for Instant24.

Minimum Withdrawal

• Enhanced, Express and Instant Programs is $20, Enhanced X is 2% of account starting balance and Instant24 is 3% of account starting balance.
