Instant Funding Standard

• A 20% Daily Consistency Rule applies: You cannot request a payout until the highest profit trading day falls below the 20% of total profits made on that account within that particular period

Instant Funding Pro

• A consistency rule of 15% applies, that means that one trading day can not equal or be greater than 15% of the total profits made.

1-Step Pro

• A consistency rule of 25% applies, it means that one trading day cannot account for 25% or more of your total profits during a payout period.

Aquaman

• No single trading day can account for 15% or more of your total profits during a payout period.

2 Step Pro:

• A 25% Daily Consistency Rule applies; you cannot request a payout until the highest profit trading day falls below the 25% of total profits made on that account within that particular period.

Pay Later:

• A 15% Daily Consistency Rule applies; you cannot request a payout until the highest profit trading day falls below the 25% of total profits made on that account within that particular period.

Inactivity Rule

• All accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity.
• Once deactivated, accounts cannot be restored.

Maximum Loss Per Trade Policy

• (Instant Funding, AquaMan and Pay After Pass model): If your floating PnL (profit and loss) reaches or exceeds a loss of -2% (or -1% for the $300,000 and $400,000 accounts) of the account balance, the account will be permanently closed.

News Trading

• Allowed with restrictions—trading within 5 minutes before and after a high-impact news event is prohibited.
• News trading is allowed without restriction in all evaluation programs.

Wave stop

• If your open trades incur a 2% loss of your account balance, Wave Stop will usually auto-close all open positions across all symbols. This is a soft breach, so you can resume trading right away. This is only applicable for funded accounts, instant funding is not included.
• Note: 1st breach – Profit split reduced to 50%, 2nd breach – Account is breached.

All or Nothing

• All or nothing practices are prohibited.

Margin Limit

• Using more than 80% of available margin on a single trade is prohibited.

• Excessive risk taking in terms of the % of an account risked in a single simulated-trade.

• Excessive cumulative risk taking in terms of the % of an account risked in a series of overlapping simulated-trades.

Choice of strategy

• Traders are not allowed to use one strategy to pass an assessment and then switch to a different strategy in a funded account.

Copy Trading

• Allowed between personal accounts only.

• The following copy trading is allowed:

• Copy trading between AquaFunded accounts.
• Copy trading from Funded to Evaluation accounts and vice versa.
• Copy trading between AquaFunded account and external accounts.
