2-Step Classic

• A 25% Daily Consistency Rule applies: You cannot request a payout until the highest profit trading day falls below the 25% of total profits made on that account within that particular period.

Lightning

• Evaluation & Funded: No single trading day profit can account for more than 30% of the total profit to pass the evaluation or during payout.

Instant Lite

• No single trading day profit can account for more than 20% of the total profit during payout.

Inactivity Rule

• 60 Days Inactivity period (must trade at least once in 60 days to keep the account active, violation results to account breach)

Crypto Availability

• No crypto assets will be allowed on Forex-based accounts, effective December 1, 2025.

Third party purchase policy

• Accounts obtained through third-party purchases are subject to termination. In limited cases, such as a married couple with a shared bank account, exceptions may apply

IP/Device Policy

• Traders can use different IPs and devices — this is allowed and not a violation.
• Multiple accounts using the same IP may trigger a review, as it can suggest prohibited activities like account management.
• FXIFY also checks CID (computer ID). If multiple users share the same CID, this raises concerns about account management or KYC violations.

• Copy trading is allowed between your own FXIFY accounts and from FXIFY accounts to other accounts.
• Traders can copy trades into your FXIFY accounts from another account, but you must first provide FXIFY with the master account statement in HTML format.
• Copying trades from third parties is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Drawdown Lock-in (All Account types with Trailing Drawdown)

• The MAX trailing Drawdown will stop trailing and LOCK at the initial balance if:
• The profit made is same as the Max drawdown
• A withdrawal is requested
• Withdrawing all available profit would put your account at risk of breaching the MAX drawdown thresholds.

Ukraine Payout Information

• For Traders based in Ukraine, where Rise is not available, FXIFY can process payouts via Crypto payments (USDC/USDT).
• If this applies to you, please contact their support team for more information.

Rise Restricted U.S States Payout Information

• If a user is in one of the U.S. states where Rise is currently unavailable, their payout can be processed via bank wire.

SCALING PLAN

• No scaling for Instant Standard, Instant Lite & Lightning Challenge.
• The trader must achieve a 10% return in the first three months, ensuring at least two months are profitable, to qualify for a 25% scaling up. Future scaling will happen every three months under the same conditions, with the account balance doubling each time.
