Allowed Rules

Use of EAs (Expert Advisors)

• Only expert advisor that helps with risk management, graphs, and other trading tools that serve as a base for your trading ideas and strategies are Allowed.

• EAs that trade automatically or rely on automated strategies (e.g., martingale, grid, or public scalping bots like gold scalpers) are not allowed. Your EA must assist your manual trading, not replace it.

• If any unauthorized or hidden EA use is detected, the challenge may be terminated.

Grid Trading

• Placing buy and sell orders above and below a specific price is allowed as long as it is not used for market manipulation, over-leveraging, creating market instability, or pursuing risk-free profits.

Copy Trading

• Copy trading is permitted between accounts you own, even across different platforms. To use a trade copier, you must request that EAs be enabled on your account

Martingale

• Allowed as long as it does not involve over-leveraging (risking all your daily loss in a single pair/direction) and is not used by shared EAs.

News Trading

• Allowed, especially for swing traders, but not for high-frequency trading (HFT) or hedging between different accounts for risk-free profits or account passage.

Weekend Holding

• Weekend holding is allowed, but you cannot trade during the weekend. Positions can only be held from market close on Friday to market open on Monday (Weekend trading enabled with Add-on)

Inactivity Rule

• 29 days inactivity period, make sure you place at least 1 trade in 29 days to keep your account active. You can pay a fee to cover the associated costs and reactivate the account. (20% of the original account's price without any coupons applied).

Strategy Risk Limit (Funded Stage Only)

• You cannot risk more than 50% of your daily loss limit on a single instrument in the same day.

Prohibited Trading strategies

• IP sharing, Strategy Risk Limits, HFT and High-Frequency Scalping, Weekend Trading,Hedging, Account Rolling, Account Sharing/any passing service, Latency Arbitrage, Server Spamming

Soft Breach Violations

• Scalping rule, IP Adress flags and Hedging flags.
• Violation results to:
• reduction in profit split to 30%.
• Payout Cycle for refundable fee will be reset.

• Persistent violation will result to account reset and profit forfeited.

Minimum Trade Duration Rule

• All trades must be held for at least 3 minutes to prevent high-frequency or prohibited trading behavior.

• Minimum holding times falls to 30 seconds if the scalping addon has been selected when purchasing the account.

• Evaluation

• Soft Breach: If scalping is an isolated incident and the total profits stay under the scalp limit on the trader's dashboard, the account is simply reset to try again.
• Hard Breach: If scalping profits exceed the scalp limit on the trader's dashboard or violations are consistent throughout the challenge, the account will be terminated.

• Funded

• Minor Violation: Any trade held under the minimum hold time (3 mins or 30s with addon), either profitable or in loss, results in a reduced profit split for that payout period.
• Major Violation: If scalping profits exceed the scalp limit on trader's dashboard, your account is reset, and all current profits are forfeited

• Each case will be evaluated individually by the team.

VPS/VPN Usage Rule

• You may use a VPS or VPN, but you must inform support@fundedelite.com before doing so.

2 Step Standard + FREE RETRY Second chance modifications

• The account in second chance starts again from phase 1 of the challenge and the DLL reduces from 5% to 3%.

• Only in phase 1 second chance, the minimum P&L required to successfully complete a trading day goes from 0,5% to 1%.

• The profit split reduces to 50% for all future payouts.

1 Step Standard + FREE RETRY Second chance modifications

• The account in second chance starts again from phase 1 of the challenge and the MLL reduces from 8% to 6%.

Standard Profit Splits
