E8 Markets

• E8 One: A consistency rule of 40% applies, that means that one trading day can not equal or be greater than 40% of the total profits made.
• E8 Signature: A consistency rule of 35% applies, that means that one trading day can not equal or be greater than 35% of the total profits made.

Max Position Size

• 50 lots per order for FX and indices
• 20 lots per order for XAUUSD

Independent Evaluation

• Each trading evaluation must be completed independently.

Server Request Limitation

• There is a limit of 100 orders you can enter at a time, 2000 modifications of TP/SL and orders per day.
• The maximum position limit per day is also 2000.

Risk Management

• Risking your entire daily drawdown on a single trade is not permitted.
• Engaging in prohibited trading practices will result in termination from our program and a refund of the fee paid from the account where this rule was broken.

Hedging

• Hedging across multiple accounts, even those belonging to the same trader, is strictly prohibited.

Trade Duration

• You cannot hold more than 50% of your trades for under one minute.

Risk Exposure Limitation

• E8 reserves the right to de-risk trading strategies by limiting risk exposure to no more than 1% per trade idea or time horizon if prohibited practices are detected.

E8 Trader Stage Account Exceeds Profit Threshold

• If your account's profits surpass the Dynamic Drawdown value, you can request a payout of all profits earned. However, you should leave a drawdown buffer in the account to continue trading. If you withdraw all your profits, it will result in the closure of the account.

Copy Trading

• Copy trading is not allowed between E8 evaluation accounts, as each evaluation must be traded independently; however, you may copy trades between your own personal account, E8 Trader accounts, or between a funded and evaluation account, provided the trades originate from your own accounts.

EAs (Expert Advisors)

• Allowed: You can also use any EA (Expert Advisor) as long as we don't see multiple users executing the same trades/strategy. We limit one strategy per user, so if we see multiple users utilize the same EA, it may lead to the termination of your account. So even though the use of third-party EA is allowed, we recommend that each user use their own programmed EA.

News Trading

• Allowed in evaluation stages and E8 Signature Funded stage, not allowed in E8 One Funded stage 5 minutes before or after high-impact news.

Signature Program

• Overnight and weekend trading is not allowed.

Inactivity

• After 60 days of inactivity, the account is disabled and there is no entitlement to a refund.

Signature program

• A 35% consistency rule applies, with at least 5 profitable days required, each achieving at least 0.3% profit, along with a buffer equal to the end-of-day trailing drawdown.

E8 One

• A consistency rule of 40% and your net profit (payout share) must be greater than 50% of your daily drawdown.
• Minimum payout amount: $100
• If your profits exceed the Trailing Drawdown, you can request a payout. However, you must leave enough funds as a drawdown buffer, removing all profits will trigger account closure.
